Anytime you start coming to a new church you will probably have questions like…

  • What are the services like?
  • What does First Presbyterian offer for children and teens?
  • How do I get involved in Sunday School or small groups?
  • What other ministries are there?
  • How do I find my way around the building?

It is our hope that the links on this website will help you better understand what First Presbyterian Church in Mendota, IL is all about. If you have any questions at all you can e-mail or call the church office.

Do you truly seek to grow in your faith, be better connected to others, and experience a deeper understanding of God’s plan for your life and for the mission of the Church in the world? If so, you will find the adult Bible studies are perfect places for fostering fellowship, learning more about the Bible, strengthening your faith, and developing a deeper, richer Christian worldview. The classes are a great way to meet people and make friends since they are smaller than the worship services and have lots of relaxed, open discussion. Adult Bible study meets on Wed. morning at 9:30 a.m. and Wed. evening at 7 p.m. Classes for preschool and school aged children and youth meet after the children’s sermon each Sunday during worship.
